The name “MONAMi” comes from the French words “Mon Ami” which means “my friend” or “somebody special to you”.
Gratitude towards guests and all ingredients used is the valued concept at Mimasuya MONAMI and it proudly serves dishes made with specially prepared ingredients, such as top-grade domestically grown rice cooked in traditional-style ovens, seasonal Kyoto vegetables cooked in Nambu ironware and locally-raised Wagyu beef and poultry. All courses are available to be enjoyed on the Yuka deck.
