Kaiseki /Kyoto WashokuThe tradition and history of this old capital is still well preserved here. Our Yuka course starts from 3,800 yen to 12,000 yen (service fee not included), and it comes with seasonal Kyoto dishes such as conger and Kamo eggplants. We have great pride in our soup as well. Our delicious soup is decorate with pure white conger and jade green soybean buns. The dashi is extracted from Rijiri kelp and bonito. As for the famous grilled beef fillet, we only use heifers up to 2 years old. Please enjoy the beef with Ponzu sauce and radish paste.
