The Yuka seat is only available for one group per day. The owner is originally from a fish dealer in the Nishiki market, and because of this the the selected fish has gained us a great reputation. The Yuka cuisine is about 15000 yen per person. After the amazing sashimi, our main dish is the conger hot pot. The conger can be eaten raw and the hot pot is served with lettuce, tofu, and bonito dashi. The conger is served simple but with great taste. The course cuisine includes the famous mackerel sushi. Instead of using kelp, we use seaweed to wrap the sushi. The sesame inside the sushi make its taste even better. Please enjoy a luxurious time on our quiet Yuka.
