Manzara serves creative Japanese “Obanzai” or traditional Kyoto homecooked Japanese cuisine incorporating not only seasonal ingredients, but also an abundance of various seafood cuisine, in addition to locally sourced ingredients such as Kyo-yasai or traditional Kyoto heirloom vegetables. Additionally, Manzara also serves ingredients sourced from around Japan and adds their own one-of-a-kind taste.
