“Leaf magazine” acts as a tour guide in Kyoto for more than 20 years by visiting and interviewing shops and facilities in the city. It provides extraordinary travel experience for tourists in the areas surrounding the Kamo river. As one of the first hostel facility in Ponto-Cho, guests may enjoy the splendid view of the Kamo river and Higashi mountain from the room of KYOTO MIDTOWN COLLECTIONS Ponto-Cho Villa. The hostel is available for a limit of 2 parties per day. (There are 1 room on the first and second floor each.) At the first floor, guests can occupy the riverside terrace for themselves (date and time restricted). At the ground floor, guests can enjoy sushi at a restaurant named “Nishiki Sushi Shin”, which has its main restaurant in the Nishiki market. After 22:00 (10pm), the restaurant can be used as a bar as well.
